Beaver Creek Chocolate Chip Cookies

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• salt

Preparation

Step 1

350 degrees
Combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter, dark and while sugar and vanilla until creamy and light colored. about 5 minutes
Beat in egg, about another minute.
Gradually add flour mixture and mix well.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
