- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk or non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milled golden roasted flaxseed
- 1 tbsp dried berries
