Ingredients

  • 4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 2.4 oz onion soup mix
  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water or soy milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, melt butter. Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place them in dish. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, add mushroom soup, and spread dry rice evenly over all. Add 2 cups of water. Seal with foil.

Bake at 325 for approx. 1 hour.
