Ingredients
- 1-2 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 2 ribs celery (diced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 29 oz can tomato puree
- 1/4 cup red wine (or water)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 2 carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 2 zucchini (chopped)
- 8 oz mushrooms (diced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground meat, onion, celery, and garlic in large deep skillet until no longer pink; drain.
Pour tomato puree into crock pot. Use the wine to rinse the can. Add to the sauce. Stir diced vegetables into sauce. Stir meat into sauce.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
