  • 2 packages frozen blintzes
  • 1/2 stick margarine -- melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Melt margarine in the bottom of pan. Place frozen blintzes in pan. Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar and vanilla and pour over blintzes. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
