Caramelized Onions with steak sauce

This is great on a steak, served on the side or put on a sliced baguette for a wonderful appetizer.

- 3 sweet onions (2 lb.), thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Step 1
HEAT oven to 375ºF.
TOSS onions with steak sauce and oil.
SPREAD onto rimmed baking sheet.
BAKE 1 hour or until onions are golden brown, stirring every 20 min.
Caramelized Onion Crostini:
Prepare recipe as directed. Spoon 1 Tbsp. onto each of 4 dozen toasted French baguette slices. Top evenly with 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese, adding about 1 tsp. to each.
