Ingredients
- 12 THICK SLICES OF BREAD, TRIMMED AND BUTTERED ON BOTH SIDES
- 1 LB GROUND SAUSAGE, COOKED AND DRAINED
- 6 EGGS, BEATEN
- 12 OZ GRATED CHEESE
- 3 C MILK
- 1/2 TSP SALT; 1/4 TSP PEPPER

Step 1
LAYER BREAD IN BAKING DISH, ADD ½ SAUSAGE, ½ CHEESE, ½ EGGS, THEN ½ MILK. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND REPEAT LAYERS THEN COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MIN-1 HOUR.
