  • Crumb Mixture
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup melted marg. or butter
  • 2 liters of ice cream
  • Carmel sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crumb mixture ingredients and spread on cookie sheet, bake @ 400 for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

remove, cool and break apart

LAYER into 9 x 12 pan

1/2 crumb mixture
1/2 sauce
2 litres of softened ice cream
1/2 crumb mixture
remaining sauce

Put back into freezer covered the day before needed...
