Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3/4 lb thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- cornstarch as needed
- vegetable oil as needed
- sesame seeds as needed

- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbp sesame paste
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp tobanjan

Step 1
Slice pork into lengths 7-10 cm and marinate in soy sauce and sake for 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for sesame miso sauce.
Lightly coat pork in cornstarch and deep fry until cooked.
Toss pork in sesame miso sauce until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
