Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93/7)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 pkg turkey gravy mix
  • 1 pkg Goya powdered bouillon)
  • 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 16 oz frozen peas and carrots
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, brown turkey until no longer pink.

Stir in water, gravy mix, and chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil.

Stir in noodles, peas and carrots, sour cream, nutmeg, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
