Ingredients
- 2 15oz cans pork and beans
- 1/2 medium yellow onion chopped
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 2 TBS pancake syrup
- 1 TBS yellow mustard
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- splash of red wine vinegar
- 2 slices of bacon cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter 8x8 baking dish. Combine all ingredients (except bacon) into the dish. Mix well. Arrange bacon on top of mixture.
Bake for 1 hour, or until bacon is cooked.
