Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup plus 2T. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 2 chickens -- cut up

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken skin side up and pour 2 cups of marinade over chicken. Bake for 1 hour until chicken appears glazed and juices run clear.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, bring remaining marinade to a boil. Drizzle over chicken before serving.
