Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 3/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup granulated splenda
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dark-chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 2 large baking sheets with vegetable oil cooking spray. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir until wll blended. Place 2-inch spoonfuls of batter on baking sheets; bake until peaks begin to breown, 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
