Ingredients

  • 1

    cup finely crushed vanilla wafers

  • 1

    cup 10x sugar

  • 1 1/2

    cup chopped nuts

  • 2

    tablespoons of cocoa

  • 2

    tablespoons light corn syrup

  • 1/4

    cup rum

  • 1/2

    cup fin gradulated sugar

  • red candied cherry halves

Directions

Combine wafers, 10x sugar, 1 cup nuts,and coca. Add corn syrup and rum. Mix well then shape into 1" balls. Roll into granulated suar and remaining nuts. Moisten cherry w/ corn syrup and press into each rum ball. Store in air tight container
