Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- I tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- I slice white bread
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- l egg

Step 1
Crumb bread into small crumbs (blender works great). Add crab meat, beat egg; add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and seasoning. Add to crab meat and bread mixture. Form into cakes and fry until golden brown on both sides. Makes 5-6 cakes.
