Ingredients
- 8 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish

Step 1
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, mash. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well - refill whites. If pastry tube. is used for refilling, the ingredients must be very smooth; force egg yolks through fine wire strainer. Garnish with an anchovy and a strip of pimento or bacon bits. Makes 16.
