- 1 large bag (2 pounds) OreIda frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans cream of Potato Soup
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1
Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese and garlic salt in a large mixing bowl. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 pyrex baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
If frozen, bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees and uncovered an additional 30 minutes.
