Strawberry Jello

You would never believe it is sour cream in between the layers of jello. I have served this many times and I can't even tell.

Ingredients

• 1 Lg. box Strawberry Jello
• 10 oz. pkg Frozen Strawberries (partially thawed)
• 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
• 3/4 Cup boiling water
• 1 sm sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add strawberries, pineapple with juice and banana. Pour 1/2 in mold. Let set. Spread sour cream on top of the hardened jello. Pour the rest of the Jello mix over the sour cream. Harden.

Options: Put cool whip over the top and some strawberries
