Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 teas sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Chopped nuts
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup powder sugar
- 1 14oz package of cool whip
- 2 boxes (small-instant) pistachio pudding

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Mix Flour, sugar, Butter and Chopped nuts and put in a 9 x 13 cake pan.
Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
Filling:
Mix Cream Cheese, powder sugar and 1/2 package of cool whip in mixer. Pour over cool crust.
Top layer: Whip both boxes of pistachio pudding, only use 2 1/2 cups of milk.
Pour over cool cheese layer and add the rest of the cool whip for topping.
Chill.
