  • Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup steak sauce
  • 4 duck breast halves
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Zinfandel
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients for marinade and heat over low heat and thoroughly heated.
Place duck breasts in shallow pan and pour marinade over top.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours turning occasionally.
Combine sauce ingredients.
Broil duck breasts 5 inches from heat for 15-20 minutes.
Slice and serve with sauce.
