  • Rice noodles
  • whole chicken legs boiled, save broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 quarter cabbage
  • 1 cup broth from chicken
  • 20 beans
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • pepper to taste

Step 1

Soak rice noodles in water for 1 hour. Sautee garlic and onions in cooking oil. .Brown the meat then add all the vegetables. Cook until tender and add drained rice noodles. Add soy sauce and broth and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
