Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 t. vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, toss together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add blueberries and stir into the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Blend milk, melted butter, egg and vanilla. Pour over the flour mixture. Mix just until combined. ( There may be traces of flour.) The batter will be stiff like cookie dough. Divide among 10 muffin cups.
Bake 15 mins, rotate pan, and bake an additional 10-15 min. or until muffin tops are set. Cool.
