Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine ( sub)
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 (1 lb. ) flank steak, thinly sliced
  • Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs

Step 1

1. In a large resealable platic bag, combine wine, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Add steak; seal bag, and chill for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

2. Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes.

3. Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Drain steak strips discarding marinade. Thread steak strips onto wooden skewers.

4. Grill steak for 1 minute on each side or until steak is done. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately.
