  • 6 each chicken legs or thighs
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika
  • Lemon Juice
  • Flour
  • Crisco
  • Milk
  • Bisquick
  • Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

CHICKEN
Salt Chicken with regular salt on all sides.
Squeeze lemon juice on all sides.
Shake in Bag of Flour.
Preheat 3 tablespoon Crisco in roasting pan.
Beging browning.
Turn and coat with Seasoned salt, pepper, & paprika on all sides.
Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours.

GRAVY
Take out meat. Drain excess fat. Put water in pot to get all stuff from sides of pan.
Take 1cups milk, 2 TBSP flour, salt and pepper. When water and drippings are boiling, add
milk/flour mixture.

BISCUITS (2 biscuits)
1/2 Cup Bisquick.
3 Tablespoon whole milk.
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix until dough forms, then beat for 30 seconds.
Add more bisquick if necessary to make dough easy to handle.
Knead 10 times.

Make 2" biscuits that are 1/2" thick
Convection Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
