Ingredients

  • (10-14 lb Turkey)
  • 1 pkg sausage - fried out
  • 1 loaf of bread - a little stale
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 4 eggs
  • (15-20 lb Turkey)
  • 2 pkg sausage - fried out
  • 2 loaves of bread - a little stale
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 8 stalks of celery
  • 6 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor, blend parsley, onion, and celery together. Fry out sausage.

Crumble bread into very large bowl. Add water until bread is moist...not hard, but not wet...you can always add more later, if necessary. The other wet ingredients will add moisture, too.

Add ingredients from food processor, eggs and sausage. Combine until well blended.

If mix is too wet, add more bread until it reaches the consistency you desire.

If mix is too dry, add water until it reaches the consistency you desire.
