Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked bulgur
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pound diagonally cut green beans
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomato
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup vertically sliced red onion

Step 1

Combine first seven ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until blended.

Combine bulgur with boiling water. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Add green beans, tomatoes, parsley, onion and oil mixture.
