Ingredients

  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 chili pepper, crushed
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • dash of cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Fry meat until well browned. Take out of pan and add tomato paste, garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, and chili.
Cook on low until slightly browned.
While meat is browning, put tomatoes and remaining herbs in a saucepan.
Bring this to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Add together and simmer for about 3 hours.
