Ingredients
- 2 tbsps of golden syrup
- 4 ozs (112g) unsalted butter
- 5 oz (140g) milk chocolate
- 8 oz (224g) digestive biscuits roughly crushed
- 8 oz (224g) Maltesers cut in half
- 14 oz milk chocolate for topping

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt the first 3 ingredients together
2. Add the biscuits and the maltesers and mix well
3. Spread the mixture into a line (kitchen foil) swiss roll tin or small roasting pan
4. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour over the top
5. Chuck it all in the fridge for a few hours and cut into squares when set
6. Pig out!
