Ingredients
- 2 Eggs - hand beat
- 1 cup pumpkin - fresh - cooked - mashed
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Cloves ground
- 1/2 cup Craisins
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans -coarsely chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add sugar, pumpkin, water, oil and vanilla to eggs and stir until mixed.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices together. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Stir in Craisins and nuts
Bake in small bread pans or fill large pans half full that have been greased and floured. Add nut halves on top to decorate. Bake 30 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm with real lite whipped cream. These loaves freeze well and make great gifts.
