Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 19 oz pkg frozen cheese ravioli / tortellini
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 2 ribs celery (diced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red wine (or water)
- 8 oz mushrooms (diced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and red wine. Season with basil. Simmer until ready to use.
Prepare ravioli as instructed. Pour ravioli and sauce into an ungreased 9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 10 minutes and remove promptly.
