Ingredients
- 2 - 3 lb stew meat
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 8 baby carrots (cut length-wise)
- 3 russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Put meat in crock pot. Sprinkle flour, salt, and pepper over meat. Stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients, stir to mix.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or high 4 - 6 hours.
