Hawaiian Cheese Ball-from Patsy in Briar Creek

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
• 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1/4 cup minced green pepper
• 1 c. finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the above ingredients and refrigerate to form into ball. Roll in chopped pecans.

*Serve with crackers
