Ingredients
- 6 thick pork chops
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. celery,chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. oregano

Step 1
Brown chops in electric fry pan (or other) at 400 deg. Chop vegetables; set aside. When chops are brown remove from pan; empty excess fat. Add water to hot pan, then add soup, vegetables and seasonings. Stir and mix well before adding chops. Bring to a boil - then simmer. Cover to retain liquid. Turn chops after 1/2 hour and cook another 1/2 hour or more. Serve with rice.
