Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can red or pink salmon
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • lettuce

Step 1

Drain salmon - remove skin and bones. Flake. Add celery, mayonnaise, pickle and lemon juice - mix together lightly. Heap in lettuce cups to serve. Diced cucumber may be substituted for the celery, if desired.
