Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine:
- 2 pounds ground beef round
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons minced onion or 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Form into meatballs 1 inch in diameter. Arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine in a medium saucepan:
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 16 ounces jellied cranberry sauce (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- One 12-ounce bottle chili sauce

Preparation
Step 1
