Tortilla Pinwheels 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 - 1 ounce package dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 C chunky salsa (I used black bean and corn salsa)
  • 2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 - 10 " flour tortillas
  • optional - thinly shaved ham or turkey

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in Ranch dressing, salsa and cheese. Mix well. Spread even amounts of the mixture onto the tortillas

If adding shaved meat, lay a thin, even layer over cream cheese mixture. Tightly roll up tortillas and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes to help slicing. Slice into 1/2 - 3/4" slices
