Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
- 1/2 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 12 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, cook meat and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Stir in crushed tomatoes and water. Stir in mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer on low for 30-45 minutes, or until all vegetables are soft.
Serve with grilled cheese sammiches. :)
