Ingredients
- eggs
- Parmesan cheese,parsley
- salt,pepper,garlic powder
- oil
- 4 boneless thin chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- parsley, pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken(i use thin cutlets)Beat eggs,add Parmesan cheese to make a thick consistency,and parsley.
Heat oil in pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper,garlic powder
Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture
Cook chicken for about 3 minutes per side, until cooked.
Transfer to a plate.
Discard oil from skillet. Add chicken broth, wine, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Boil 6 minutes until mixture is reduced to 1/3 cup. Remove skillet from heat.
Whisk butter into sauce, until slightly thickened.
Stir in parsley.
Serve sauce over chicken.
