Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5-7 plum tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 2-4 inch squirt of anchovy paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • s & p to taste
  • tobasco sauce to taste
  • baguette loaf
  • garlic and olive oil mixed together to brush bread

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in food processor until small chunky texture. Let sit overnight. Water will form on top, drain it. Slice baguette 1/2 inch thick, brush with olive oil and garlic. Toast in oven until golden then top with brushetta.
Doesn't make much so you might want to double it.
