Ingredients
- 1 455g. pkg CATELLI SMART Rotini
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 can (398ml, 14 oz) tomatoes, undrained, cut in small pieces
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey mL
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large skillet, cook garlic, zucchini, mushrooms and onion in oil until tender, but not brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients except pasta; simmer 15 minutes.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
4. Serve chicken and vegetables over pasta.
