Ingredients
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 lb. (8-10) frankfurters
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. salt

Step 1
Cook onion, green pepper in hot oil until tender - but not brown. Score franks diagonally, add with remaining ingredients to onion mixture. Cover and simmer 5-8 minutes.
