Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 Graham cracker crust
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 11 oz goat cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all crust ingredients together until crumbly. Press the mixture back into the crust pan.
Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla, cottage cheese, goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Pour this mixture into the crumb lined pan and bake for 40 minutes @ 350o.
Let cool for 2 hours before serving.
