- COOKIE DOUGH LAYER
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- FUDGE LAYER
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 graham cracker pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare cookie dough layer: In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat oil and sugars until combined. Add vanilla, milk and flour and beat until smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir to distribute evenly. Remove cookie dough from mixer and set aside. No need to wash the bowl.
Prepare the fudge layer: In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat oil and sugar until combined. Add vanilla extract, baking powder and eggs. Beat until smooth.
Turn the mixer on low and add flour and cocoa powder. Beat until combined. Pour fudge layer into the crust. Break off small pieces of cookie dough and place on top of the fudge layer. Push some of the dough in so that it gets buried (or partially buried) inside the fudge. Distribute the cookie dough evenly over the pie.
Bake for 40 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.
