Ingredients

2 bags (10 oz) spinach
2 tart apples, sliced
8 slices bacon crisply fried and crumbled
2/3 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Step 1

Wash & dry spinach leaves, tear into bite size pieces. Combine spinach, apples & bacon. Mix salad dressing and orange juice, pour over salad, toss lightly.
