Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, stir flour into melted butter and cook stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.

2) Gradually whisk in cream until smooth, then whisk in milk. Simmer gently until the sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon, about 5 minutes.

3) Remove from heat and whisk in cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
