Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup dried lentils, rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 tea. minced garlic
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Step 1
Combine broth, lentils, onion, jalapeno, garlic, and salt in a 2-3 qt. slow cooker. Cover; cook until lentils are tender, on low setting for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Whisk together ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard and vinegar; add to slow cooker. Cover; cook on low setting for 30 minutes more.
