Mexican Corn Dip

Ingredients

• 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green
• chilies
• 2 small cans shoe peg corn
• 1 stick butter
• 2 blocks cream cheese
• cumin - to taste
• Split recipe in half for smaller party

Step 1

Mix all ingredients on stovetop and serve warm. Or can be made ahead, put in fridge and reheated in microwave.

Serve w/ Tortilla chips
