Ingredients

  • 4 cups partially cooked fresh cauliflower or 2 pkg (10oz each) frozen
  • cauliflower thawed & well drained
  • 2 cups chopped fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 can (11oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp firm margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Arrange cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1.5; sprinkle with ham. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth; pour over ham. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake until topping is golden brown 20-35 minutes.
