Ingredients
- 4 CUPS FROZEN WHITE CORN
- 1 TSP FAJITA SEASONING
- 1/2 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 2 RED BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 3 JALAPENO PEPPERS, CHOPPED WITH VEIN AND SEED SCRAPED OUT
- 1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 1/4 CUP FRESH LIME JUICE
- 1 TBSP ORANGE JUICE
- 2 - 3 HAAS AVACADOS, CHOPPED

Preparation
Step 1
SAUTE CORN IN OIL AND ADD FAJITA SEASONING AND PEPPER FOR ABOUT 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. SET ASIDE AND COOL.
COMBINE PEPPERS, GREEN ONION, LIME AND ORANGE JUICE. STIR TO COMBINE AND ADD COOLED CORN MIXTURE TO BOWL. ADD A LITTLE SALT TO TASTE AND PLCE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR. ADD AVACADOS JUST BEFORE SERVING. SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.
