Ingredients
- 11 ozs cream cheese
- 1 1/2 ozs box raisins
- 3 T sour cream
- 1 T curry powder
- 1 scant cup salted cocktail peanuts
- 1/2 lb crisp fried bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 10 oz jar Raffetto's Chut-Nut chutney
- Flaked coconut
- Artichoke petals (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
By hand, mix all ingredients reserving 1/2 jar of chutney
Form into a ball
Refrigerate
Frost with stained chutney and sprinkle with coconut
Serve with rye crackers
For flair, garnish with freshly cooked artichoke petals to surround the mold
Can be made ahead
